I build safer digital systems, and I make complicated things usable.
For years I was CISO for Volvo Group Trucks Operations and a Business Information Security Officer at Volvo Group. The work covered IT, OT and product cybersecurity: office systems, factory floors and the vehicles themselves. Each has its own rules, and all of them had to hold at the same time.
Now I run Kader Cadre AB, where I build products around secure digitalization.
Security should let an organization move faster. When it only adds friction, people route around it, and then you have neither security nor speed. I work where cybersecurity, regulation and real organizations meet. In practice that usually means making a system safer without making it worse to use.
I like problems that do not fit in one box. That covers most of the interesting ones. What I am good at is giving that mess edges. A model, a product, a piece of software, a way of working that someone else can pick up and carry.
Trust should not rest on a logo, a policy, or someone saying trust us. If a claim matters, it should be possible to check. Security belongs in the design, not in a document written afterwards. Privacy should survive contact with the architecture.
I am interested in systems that can show their work. Who issued a claim. What data a decision rests on. Whether software did what it said it would. Whether a file changed. Whether a machine should be allowed to act on its own. The better a system answers those questions, the less anyone has to take on faith.
People are no longer the only readers. Search engines, AI systems, APIs and software agents read the same pages we do, and they act on what they find. A page that only makes sense to a human is half a page now. So I build for both. Clear enough for a person, structured enough for a machine to use without guessing.
Kader Cadre AB is where the principles turn into something that runs. Robustium teaches cybersecurity in short lessons, one to three minutes each, in Swedish and English. Trivsio applies analytics to open government data covering all 290 Swedish municipalities. It is built for people deciding where to live, for the municipalities themselves, and for businesses that need to understand a place before they commit to it. Intygio issues digital product passports, signed so that any tampering shows and anyone can verify the document is the one that was issued. Dala Novum builds digital services for Swedish businesses, starting with AI visibility. Agentakademin teaches AI in Swedish and is free to use. They look unrelated. What connects them is that each one takes something hard to reach and makes it usable to people who need it.
